I’m using this blog post to share my experience writing for another platform – LiveLeadPlay – an inspirational website featuring contributors from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

As a current student in this program, I have been encouraged to submit content to their site. My writing process is basically to capture the millions of thoughts that float through my head on a daily basis. Over the past couple of months, two topics and stories appeared more than others and I finally wrote them down. They fit well within the life coaching space and I’m happy to share them with you. Check them out here:

Broken and Scarred How to Find Strength and Meaning Again

This is my personal account with miscarriage and how the life I carried has had a profound impact on my life.

A Love Letter to My Values: 3 Keys to Staying in Alignment

I was inspired to write this post when I was greeted at the airport by my husband and daughters after a 4-day work trip in January. They are my #1 priority and what I share in this article helped me reconcile with my guilt over having to leave them to honor my other values.

The mission for Live Lead Play is to make a difference on an everyday level. If these articles resonate with you, share them with a friend.
